This is a Timberpeg home built in 2001 for Dr. and Mrs. Wright on Sunset Ridge near Cooperstown. This was our first Timberpeg home.  A 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 5,000 square foot home with hardwood flooring, a wood made kitchen, a finished basement, and radiant floor heating throughout the hardwood floors. Also in this house we have Douglas Fir exposed beams and frame with Douglas Fir trim on the interior. An attached 3 car garage with art studio was also included with this home. We are very proud of our work on this home.

Cooperstown Construction was established in 1989 by Charles Allison, Sam Ayers and Dan VanDyke. With the combined work experience of over 75 years the quality of each construction site and home remodel is clearly seen throughout any project. By keeping a small group of highly skilled professionals, it has allowed them to focus on the job outlined by the customer and not spreading themselves too thin, which is often the case with large construction companies. As the name suggests Cooperstown Construction focuses work in The Village of Cooperstown in the Leatherstocking region of upstate New York. They have been able to establish a rapport with the village residence for being a  professional, courteous, reliable small company. However being a small company has not hindered them from taking on larger projects such as new home construction. Over the past 26 years all three owners have been able to establish connections with other local contractors that can be called in to assist with projects so designs can happen in a timely manner.

“If you are considering building a new home, remodeling or adding on, reach out to any one of us. We are fully insured and we would be happy to give referrals and estimates. Cooperstown Construction Company quality home construction and remodeling since 1989”
